Even though students have used an online learning system, there are still many students who have difficulty learning. The Student Executive Board of Faculty of Natural Sciences UNY initiated the MIPA Learning Volunteer (RBM) program to answer this problem.

SD Negeri 1 Talang Jawa, Pulau Panggung District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province is one of the schools targeted to implement the Teaching Campus Program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology together with UNY and other partner universities.

The Indonesian Embassy in Beijing has again entrusted Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta to carry out Mandarin language training for school principals. This training also involves the Asean China Center and BFSU (Beijing Foreign Studies University) as partners. The event runs from November 15 to December 3 online.

Through the Association of Indonesian Vocational Lecturers and Teachers (ADGVI), every lecturer, teacher, and practitioner in the vocational field commits to become a leading human resource in vocational education at the Southeast Asian level 2028.
