UNY improving partnership with Bank BPD DIY for excellent service

"UNY as a Public Service Agency (BLU) is given the flexibility to manage Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) funds sourced from students and the community and can be managed by UNY with a BLU financial pattern. UNY collaborates with Bank BPD DIY to manage these funds by BLU Financial Management (PK) scheme," said Sukirjo, as Head of the General Bureau, Planning and Finance (BUPK).

UNY lecturers become members of associations or organizations according to their fields. For example, lecturers from the Faculty of Languages ​​and Arts UNY who teach subjects in local culture have the right to become members of the Indonesian Regional Cultural Lecturer Association (IKADBUDI).

Internship opportunities in Japan for UNY students

Representatives of two Japanese companies,  Mr. Asano Kimitaka (President Director of Sanyo Tec CO.,LTD) and, Mr. Yoshio Asama (Deputy Director of Kowatech CO.LTD), visited the Faculty of Engineering UNY. They meet with UNY faculty leaders and greet all prospective interns at their company (02/08/2019). Sanyo Tec Co LTD is engaged in the heavy equipment industry, while Kowatech CO.LTD manufactures or assembles complete passenger cars.
