UNY Raises the potential of Ngelosari through the Holistic Program for Village Development and Empowerment (PHP2D)

As a first step, Kopma UNY held a socialization of the PHP2D program on Sunday (12/9) in Hamlet Ngelosari, Kalurahan Srimulyo, Kapanewon Piyungan, Bantul. Agus Basuki, in his speech, said that one of these activities was for student learning, such as learning in the community, manner learning, and conveying something new from university.

In the observation activities carried out in the West Bali National Park (TNBB), for example, students learned about the diversity of seasonal forest vegetation. The method used is Quadrat Sampling Techniques. The quadrant method is a method that does not use a plotless sample. This method is very good for estimating communities in the form of trees and poles, for example forest vegetation.
