The Garuda UNY team already has many achievements in various competitions at the international level. Garuda EV-22 UNY Won Three Awards at Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2022 and officially won in the Overall Champion category. In addition, the team won 1st Place in the Urban Gasoline Engine Category for the 2021 Energy Saving Car Contest (KMHE).

Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) on Tuesday (17/5) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SEAMEO QITEP in Language (SEAQIL) virtually through the Zoom application. The signing from the UNY was represented by the Vice Rector  for Planning and Cooperation, Prof. Dr. Siswantoyo, M.Kes, and from SEAQIL represented by the Director of SEAQIL Dr. Luh Anik Mayani.

The Garuda EV-22 Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) electric car team earned three awards at the Formula Electric Student Championship (FESC) Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2022. The competition was held in Jakarta from 30  March 2022 to 10 April 2022. There were 11 teams from various universities who participated in this competition.

UNY supports efforts to improve the quality of football coaching. One of the forms is through the implementation of the “PSSI D License Trainer Course”. This training lasted for three days, with participants around 30 students and alumni of the UNY Sports Coaching Education (PKO) Department.

Qotrun Nada, daughter of Riswanto and Daryati, who earn a living as a daily farm laborer and small trader, can study at UNY for free. She will learn in the sociology education study program of the Faculty of Social Sciences.

Wuling Motors collaborates with Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) in education, research, community service, and resource and industrial development. To officially mark this collaboration, Maulana Hakim as Aftersales Director Wuling and Prof. Sumaryanto as Rector of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta signed a Memorandum of Understanding on March 29, 2022 at UNY.

The National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) team carried out a field assessment at UNY on the applied bachelor of Office Administration study program, Faculty of Economics.
