UNY Employee Rights for Paid Leave

Some of paid leave in UNY are:
1. Leave for an important reason. This leave is given to employees whose parents, wife/husband, siblings, in-laws, or daughter-in-law are sick or died. This type of leave also applies to employees who are getting married for the first time. This leave lasts a maximum of 2 months.
2. Annual Leave. Employees who have worked for at least one year can apply for annual leave.
3. Maternity leave. Employees are entitled to leave for one month before and two months after giving birth.
