1. Leave for an important reason. This leave is given to employees whose parents, wife/husband, siblings, in-laws, or daughter-in-law are sick or died. This type of leave also applies to employees who are getting married for the first time. This leave lasts a maximum of 2 months.
2. Annual Leave. Employees who have worked for at least one year can apply for annual leave.
