UNY Raises the potential of Ngelosari through the Holistic Program for Village Development and Empowerment (PHP2D)

Student Cooperative UKM is one of 6 UKM at UNY that participates in the Holistic Village Development and Empowerment Program (PHP2D). As a first step, Kopma UNY held a socialization of the PHP2D program on Sunday (12/9) in Hamlet Ngelosari, Kalurahan Srimulyo, Kapanewon Piyungan, Bantul. Agus Basuki, in his speech, said that one of these activities was for student learning, such as learning in the community, manner learning, and conveying something new from university.

"Building Bukit Tompak Tourism is not only in physical form," said Agus Basuki, "But also developing social media as a means of promotion, in collaboration with residents." Internet is very influential in all lines, and students control this so that their presence in this village is to advance the region and local tourism. The essential thing in this activity is that students get more experience apart from learning on campus. (Prasetyo N)
