Information on People's Online Aspirations and Complaints Service (LAPOR)

Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) cooperates with the government facilitates all students to convey acts of sexual harassment. Towards this platform, they can express their aspirations.

The Presidential Staff Office developed the Citizen's Online Aspirations and Complaints Service (LAPOR!) with the PAN-RB Ministry and the Indonesian Republic's Ombudsman to social media-based public aspirations and complaints about monitoring development and public services Indonesia. LAPOR! has also been designated as the National Public Service Complaint Management System (SP4N) based on Law No. 25 of 2009 concerning public services, Presidential Regulation No. 76 of 2013 concerning Management of Public Service Complaints, and Minister of PAN-RB Regulation No. 3 of 2015.
