ROSEMARY ROBOT UNY FIRST WINNER OF DANCE ART ROBOT CONTEST

Rosemary won1st place and Best Artistic in the Indonesian Robot Contest (KRI) Region 1 2021 at the Indonesian Dance Robot Contest (KRSTI), which was held online on (23-25/9) with UGM as host. KRI region was attended by 58 universities with 140 teams divided into 6 categories. The Indonesian Robot Contest is a design and engineering competition in robotics organized by the National Achievement Center, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. KRI competed in 6 (six) categories, namely the Indonesian ABU Robot Contest (KRAI), the Indonesian Search and Rescue Robot Contest (KRSRI), the Indonesian Football Robot Contest (KRSBI) on wheels, the Indonesian Football Robot Contest (KRSBI) Humanoid, the Indonesian Dance Robot Contest ( KRSTI) and the Indonesian Thematic Robot Contest (KRTMI).

UNY participated in the six categories in this contest, namely Team Mobo-Evo (KRSBI-Beroda), Team Gareng Punk (KRSI), Team Al-'Adiyaat in (KRSBI-Humanoid), Maestro-Evo (KRAI), Abhinaya (KRTMI) and Rosemary(KRSTI). Of the six teams, only Team Rosemery from the KRSTI division is in Region 1, while the other 5 teams are in Region 2. Rosemery consists of two robots humanoid twin who can dance according to the theme of this year's Indonesian Dance Robot Contest (KRSTI), namely Gambyong Pareanom dance, which comes from traditional dances from the Central Java Province, precisely in the Surakarta area. The Gambyong Pareanom dance was successfully performed with graceful and graceful movements by these 2 twin robots.

The UNY Rosemery team consisted of chairman Alfirdaus Zaharda from the Mechatronics Engineering Education study program with members Durrotun Berliana, Fatur Sena Alwafi, Julizar Handi Wijaya and Devi Nur Latifah from the Mechatronics Engineering Education study program, La Marzan and Dotu Perga Sakti from the Electronics Engineering Education study program, Burhan Dwi from the Engineering Education study program. Automotive, Al-Fina Khusnaini Food Engineering Education Study Program, Lu'lu'ul Nabillah Clothing Engineering Education Study Program, Leandra Okta Electrical Engineering Study Program and Irwan Ardiansyah and Safitri Yuliana Utama D4 Electronics Engineering Study Program. Rosemery's supervisor Herlambang Sigit Pramono, M.Cs was happy with the achievements of the twin robot team and hoped that Rosemery could achieve achievements at the national level. This is one of UNY's efforts in the sustainable development agenda in the field of quality education.
