    LPPM UNY has long had a Center for Entrepreneurship Development and MSME Assistance Studies, carried out by the Women and Gender Research Center, which focuses on Women SMEs. Since the Women and Gender Research Center collaborates with the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs, further serious attempts to develop a business incubator grew more robust in 2012.
